LARS MIKKELSEN
ACTOR
Lars Mikkelsen, originally from Copenhagen, is known for his outstanding portrayal of the Russian president in the hit Netflix series “House of Cards.” In the series “Ride upon the Storm,” he captivates over 20 episodes as a bigoted, alcoholic priest, a role for which he won an Emmy Award. In addition to many international productions, including “Sherlock,” “The Witcher,” “Borgen,” and “Headhunter,” he always enjoys being on the theater stage in Copenhagen.
