ACTRESS
Susana AbdulMajid is an international theater actress with Iraqi roots. She has worked at the Schaubühne Berlin, the Schauspielhaus Vienna, the Berliner Ensemble, and the Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin. She toured the world with Milo Rau's “Orestes in Mosul.”
In addition to theater, she has taken on several leading roles in film and television, such as in the multi-award winning feature film “Jibril” by Henrika Kull and in the ZDF production “The Disrupter,” directed by Susanna Salonen. AbdulMajid is also the initiator and co-founder of the first film studies course at the University of Mosul.
