TILO NEST

ACTOR

Tilo Nest is a singer, actor and director who has been bringing new and creative ideas to the stage since the early 90s.

Nest has appeared on all the major German-speaking stages, including Burgtheater productions by Thomas Vinterberg and Michael Thalheimer and his portrayal of leading roles under the directorship of Oliver Reese at the Berliner Ensemble and directors like Simon Stone, Antú Romero Nunes, Steff Lernous.

He has also appeared in many cinematic works for various “Tatort” and in numerous arthouse films like “Amok-Hansi Geht’s Gut” directed by Zoltan Paul and “Alles Is Gut” by Eva Trobisch. In 2012, he began directing as well.

Tilo Nest is represented by Katrin Wans.

Tilo Nest finished shooting for ZDF’s motion picture “Stralsund - Schwarze Wasser,” directed by Lars Henning and produced by Network Movie.

DREIGROSCHENOPER

Tilo Nest is part of the ensemble of the Berliner Ensemble. Among other performances he can be seen in Bertolt Brechts’s “Dreigroschenoper,“ directed by Barrie Kosky.

PFAU

Tilo Nestwill be seen in the feature film “Pfau,” directed by Bernhard Wenger, produced by Geyrhalter Film.
