DIRECTOR/WRITER
Züli Aladag is an award-winning director, screenwriter and producer. He studied directing at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne and celebrated his highly acclaimed feature film debut with "Elefantenherz," which received three nominations for the German Film Award, among others. His TV thriller "Wut" won 15 national and international awards. In addition to successful formats such as "Tatort," Aladag directed the feature film "300 Worte Deutsch.”
His more recent work includes "Die Opfer - vergesst mich nicht" for the NSU trilogy "Mitten in Deutschland", which was celebrated as the best multi-part film at the 2017 German Television Award, and his IS drama "Brüder", which he also co-wrote, and which won the German Television Award in the same category in 2018.
