ACTOR
Schleinzer’s work is extraordinary in every respect. His acting career is illustrious, with credits including “Der Räuber” by Benjamin Heisenberg, “Einer von Uns” by Stephan Richter, “Subhuman” by Jasmin Baumgartner, “Grenzland” by Marvin Kren, and “Boden Unter Den Füßen” by Marie Kreutzer.
He directed “Michael,” his first feature film, which won many awards including the European Film Award, the German Film Award and the Austrian Film Award, and was shown in competition at the Festival du Cinema in Cannes, and “Angelo” with Alba Rohrwacher & Lukas Miko. He also works with Michael Haneke as casting director.
Next, Markus will be seen in “Die Wannseekonferenz” by Matti Geschonneck, “Sisi Und Ich” by Frauke Finsterwalder and “Last Song for Stella” by Kilian Riedhof.
